Lauren Howard - General Manager

Lauren has recently joined as General Manager and is responsible for leading the team and for the development of The Poly. She joins The Poly with over ten years' experience in the charity sector with a special interest in events, marketing and brand partnerships.

Jane Smith - Guild and Galleries Manager

Jane manages The Poly Guild, our contemporary gallery shop which stocks a curated range of original artwork, ceramics, prints and gifts created by talented local makers. As an experienced artist and ceramicist Jane also runs our exhibitions programme across two gallery spaces, and manages The Poly Pottery, offering a range of classes and workshops.

Nat is our resident venue programmer and is responsible for curating a wide range of film, theatre, comedy and talks at The Poly. With an MA in Film and Television from Falmouth University, she has a passion for unique, independent film and stand-up comedy

Sam leads on facilities maintenance and technical support for our historic listed venue, and manages our thriving bar stocked with locally sourced drinks and snacks. He also runs the volunteer programme at The Poly, providing support and training across a broad range of activities and events.
