Jazz at the Poly: The Burns-Jenkins Trio

Neil Burns - guitar
Martin Jenkins - organ
Keith Michael - drums

The Burns-Jenkins Trio is an exciting combination of leading West Country jazz players, all with a passion for the classic organ-guitar trio sound. Neil Burns is one of the finest jazz guitarists in the region and beyond, lauded by Jim Mullen saying "Neil Burns demonstrates why he is in so much demand for his tasteful soloing and comping". Martin Jenkins marries the rich sounds of the organ with the guitar and drums by the creative energy and artistry of his playing. Looks to be a fantastic night of soulful swinging jazz!
