Falmouth History Archive: Falmouth After WW1

After the Armistice celebrations men and women had to adjust to peace after a traumatic four years of war. This talk highlights stories from the 1919 Falmouth Packets that illustrate the continuing austerity and the big plans for slum clearance, new homes for workers and road construction.
