Roy Goodman and Alvaro Tamarit

Roy Goodman with Sculpture by Alvaro Tamarit.

Preview 7-9pm, Monday 23rd October.

"A chance meeting between two artists earlier this year has led to the show which runs this week. Roy’s paintings of gardens and greenhouses spring largely from an interest in the way we humans like to arrange plants to dress our  surroundings. A fondness for bright colour and the preference for 2D imagery dominate the paintings in this set of work. Alvaro’s 3D commentary on the landscape is drawn more from found objects, his work being truly of the landscape. Like Roy, Alvaro’s work revolves around Nature and our relationship with it."
