Support Us

We're delighted to have reopened our Guild Shop and Spring Gallery at the end of July. But the ongoing closure of our theatre poses a very real threat to the future of The Poly, as well as to the livelihoods of all the artists, performers, and independent filmmakers whose work fuels our programme.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who is supporting The Poly during these uncertain times. Every penny or pound really does help, because The Poly is a charity. We rely almost entirely on ticket sales, memberships, donations and our wonderful volunteers to keep our live arts and film programme, galleries, community pottery and artist-makers’ Guild shop going.

If you love The Poly and what it means to Falmouth and Cornwall, please rally round to help us fully open our doors once again when brighter days return.

Here are the ways you can help:

Become a member of The Poly

It might seem strange that we ask you to consider joining while we’re closed! But by being a member, you become part of a family that provides invaluable year-round support. There is no clearer way to show your commitment to The Poly’s future, and you get special rates & member privileges in return.

To make sure no-one misses out on the benefits of membership while we’re closed, we’re extending the membership year and working hard behind the scenes to bring new membership benefits straight to your home - like a free three-month subscription to Mubi’s unique curated film-streaming service. Find out more about membership here >>

Make a donation

Whether you can spare the cost of your tickets or give just a few pence - it all helps. Also, if you are a UK taxpayer, we can make your generosity go further by claiming gift aid on your donation. Find out more about donating here >>

Buy a gift voucher

In these uncertain times, we all need something to look forward to. Buying a gift voucher now – for yourself or as a gift for someone else - is a contribution to The Poly’s future, and spurs us on to make it a bright one. We’re working on our future programme with performers and distributors to make sure our eclectic schedule is more enticing than ever when we re-open. Find out more about gift vouchers here >>
