What does the sea do for us? And what can we do for the sea? 

These are the two questions we will be putting to Hugo Tagholm, chief executive of Surfers Against Sewage, renowned Blue Mind coach and marine ambassador Lizzi Larbalestier, and Wyl Menmuir, author of The Draw of The Sea. 

Spend an evening with us exploring the ways being by, on or in the water benefits our mental and physical health, and the ways we can help to protect the marine environments from which we take so much.
