Join Henry Austwick of Swashbuckling Cornwall for a captivating journey through the blades that forged Cornwall’s identity—from legendary swords of folklore to real historical weapons wielded across the ages.
This immersive talk explores iconic swords, the stories behind them, and the roles they played in shaping Cornwall’s past and present.
Discover how myth and history intertwine to make Cornwall the land of heroes, rebels, and legends.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to get up close to selected sword examples featured in the talk, bringing history to life right before your eyes and hands.
The talk lasts approximately 45mins with time to explore and discover.
