Membership
Join us as a Member and support the future of your community arts and culture centre for less than £3 per month!
Being a member of The Poly is about more than getting special rates on tickets. Its about being part of a story stretching back to the venue's founding in 1833 by two sisters, Anna Maria and Caroline Fox.
The Poly is funded through donations, ticket sales and memberships, and
by becoming a member you are ensuring our future as an important community
resource for the next 200 years.
Benefits for all packages include:
- A free film ticket to any standard film screening (just pay the £1 Poly Fund payment)
- 10% discount on food and drink in The Poly Café & Bar**
- Discounts on 100s of events.
- A regular newsletter to keep you in the loop with Poly news.
- Fantastic opportunities for artists: showcase and sell your work with free entry to our annual curated art shows: Spring Open (selection process applies), and our long-running Members-only Exhibition. Plus, members get discounted hire rates on the Spring Gallery.
- An invitation to special events, and a seat and a vote at the AGM.

- No Questions asked refunds up to 48 hrs prior to the event (can be used on any other Poly purchase excl The Poly Café Bar)
- Thank you letter and update newsletters from the Director.

- Your name on a Poly Theatre Seat (for a minimum of 5 years or as long as the Membership is valid)

Membership runs for 12 months from the date you join and is renewable annually. Current subscription rates are as follows:
Individual
membership: £35
Joint membership: £60
Students or those in receipt of benefits: £15*
Under
30: £20*
Supporter
level: £100
Champion
Level: £500

The Poly is now offering auto-renewal!
We’ve
recently added an exciting new feature to our Individual and Joint Membership
packages, which will allow you to continually support The Poly on a rolling
basis, without the administration required to renew each year! There is no
contract and you can change your mind at any time. This can be arranged at the
box office/Guild shop counter, or alternatively over the telephone or

*The Free Film Ticket can only be claimed via The Poly Box Office in person or over the phone. This can be used for any of our general film screenings but cannot be used for speciality screenings, such as screenings acompanied by a Q&A or an Exhibition on Screen.
