We rely almost entirely on sales, memberships, donations and our wonderful volunteers to keep our live arts and film programme, galleries, and community pottery going.
The pandemic and subsequent lockdowns of the past two years have been especially challenging for The Poly, with us being unable to operate at our usual level. In addition, we are now having to make important upgrades to our beautiful listed building, which has meant a further period of closures for some areas of operation. With this in mind, anything you can donate will help our local venue keep going for the community and is hugely appreciated. And if you are a UK taxpayer, with your permission we can make your generosity go 25% further by claiming Gift Aid on your donation.
Click here to make a one-off donation - every penny you give is truly appreciated.
If you are able to spare all or part of the cost of your tickets, please email info@thepoly.org with your name, the show, and your transaction number if you have it - we'll reply as quickly as we can.
Requesting a credit note instead of a refund is hugely helpful to our cash flow. Credit notes can be used towards anything in our future programme and will be available to collect from box office when we are open again! We will extend their validity in line with our closure so you have just as long to use them as in normal times (12 months).
To request a credit note please email info@thepoly.org with your name, the show, and your transaction number if you have it. We'll send a confirmation email to let you know your credit note has been created.
Keeping your tickets for rescheduled events is also hugely helpful to us. We’re working behind the scenes to reschedule some of the events and performances affected by our closure and will be in touch with updates. If you booked your tickets in person at the box office, we might not have your contact details - please get in touch on info@thepoly.org for the latest information, and follow us @polyfalmouth on social media for news and updates.
We do understand if you need to request a refund. Please see our FAQs for details.
