Welcome to the very first Games Thing! Join us for an evening of talks, social, and games as we explore the landscape of games and wider creative practices in Cornwall. The theme: Press Start.

The Game Thing is a relaxed, informal social which provides the opportunity to delve into the creative processes of those within the games scene. To kick off the evening, short talks will be provided exploring the stories of game creating. This will be followed by an opportunity to relax, grab a beverage, and play some locally crafted games. 

We highly encourage creatives from outside of games to attend as well. We believe there is a huge amount of transferable knowledge between all creative disciplines, and this is an opportunity to share. 

So get yourself down to the Poly and come explore this creative landscape with us!
