Autumnal Linocut Printmaking

An introduction to Linocut Printmaking with an Autumnal theme. A five hour workshop which familiarises participants with the skills of relief printmaking and the tools and materials used. 

We play with the tools, learning technique through “doing”, followed by a little tuition, then move on to designing a ‘carvable’ block, transferring the image to Lino and then creating a simple (one colour) linocut (normally A5 or A6). All participants will then have the opportunity to print proofs of their block, both by hand and by table-top press. All materials supplied. 

Age: 14+

Ticket: £60.00

A £1 Poly Fund payment is added to each ticket sold. A 50p booking fee is also applied per ticket for online and telephone transactions.
