Guns - love ‘em or hate ‘em, they are a common sight on screen! But how do they get there? 

 

This £1 talk, yes it is only £1! will give you an introduction to the use of guns on screen. 

 

Why £1? It’s not that I don't value the knowledge or the skills I have, it might sound like a cliché but... I care! 

 

Gun advice is one of the most common requests I hear from amateur and aspiring film-makers, even experienced ones... (Not just film, theatre too...) The misinformation and interesting working practices out there is worrying to say the least, so I am offering this overview talk. 

 

Guns of any sort are dangerous and should be respected whatever kind they are. But do you know your antique from your replica, blank firing to real firearm?
