Inspired by the ever-changing landscape of Gyllyngvase Beach this exhibition delves into the unique character of the beach; exploring its moods, patterns, and the interplay of wind, tide, and water. Each work reflects the beach’s distinct atmosphere, from serene mornings with sparkling seas to the wild energy of storms.
Helen aims to evoke a deep sense of place, in a way that feels personal and familiar. Her work is rooted in observation, experience and the desire to understand the dynamic between wind, tide and water, capturing moments that resonate with our shared experiences.
