A talk by herbalist Belle Benfield introducing you to the basic principles of designing and planting a medicine garden at your home or allotment.

Growing your own medicine means creating a relationship with a living being who can heal your body, mind and soul.Creating a space for these plants to thrive creates a space for you to remember that the roots of your good health lie deep in the soil.
