Trans and Queer Arts Event (18+)

A Trans and Queer Arts event to celebrate being in the LGBTQIA+ community. 

We are creating an arts event for Transgender and Queer individuals to share their artistic talents, and hopefully in the process creating a warm environment for people to meet, make friends, have fun and help those who are struggling. 

While this is a Trans event, we also encourage Cis individuals to be part of the audience.

As part of this event, we aim to spread awareness of recent events such as the UK government making an order under section 35 of the Scotland Act 1998 preventing the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill from proceeding to Royal Assent. 

This event is also in part a response to the death of 16-year-old Brianna Ghey who was murdered by students from her own school.

Profits from this event will go to Mermaids (https://mermaidsuk.org.uk/).
