Paved Paradise: A Playful Dutch Documentary on Biodiversity Loss

You're invited to 99p Films next Social Cinema experience showcasing the UK Premier of the playful Dutch documentary 'Paved Paradise'

An enchanting evening giving you the chance to connect with your local community through the power of documentary cinema and a participatory experience:

Breathe-Watch-Discuss-Eat

Where: Princess Pavilion, Falmouth

Date: Sunday 29th October

Time: 5pm - 9pm

5pm-7:30pm: The evening will kick off with a short mindful breathing exercise connecting the room and settling everyone's minds. This will be followed by the playful Dutch documentary "Paved Paradise," highlighting the urgent issue of biodiversity loss and inspiring solutions. After the film, there will be a safe space for a social discussion, sharing and hearing alternative thoughts and perspectives from you, your friends, neighbours or strangers.

7:30pm - 9pm-ish: As the sun sets, those conversations will be taken to the dinner table, where a communal vegan feast will be served using locally-sourced produce from Cornish farms. This is the first direct action of the evening, with eating as part of the solution! The feast will be accompanied by live music creating a magical atmosphere.

99p Films also invite you to subscribe to their newsletter, giving you ways to get involved further and see what you can be part of in your local area  - creating what they like to call ‘REEL ACTION'

Spread the word, tag your nature-loving friends!
