Botanical Monoprinting

Embark on a creative journey as we harness the beauty of foraged plants and grasses to craft exclusive small-scale monoprints, all without the need for a traditional printing press. 

Armed with unconventional tools like spoons, rags, and our own hands, we'll  layer impressions of diverse flora, creating dynamic compositions that come to life. 

Using Caligo safe wash relief ink on acetate sheets, we'll then arrange our foraged treasures, custom mixing colors to complement our botanical tapestry. 

Printing onto delicate paper, we'll weave layers, employing varied hues to fashion a truly unique and multilayered botanical masterpiece. 

Every plant, a local gem from Falmouth, adds a touch of authenticity, allowing us to delve into a sense of place in our fluid botanical monoprint creations.
