JILL DUNN, RUTH LITTLEJOHNS & PIPPA ALSTON: LAND

An exhibition by local artists Pippa Alston, Jill Dunn and Ruth Littlejohns  - inspired by their natural surroundings here in Cornwall. 

With her pottery Pippa has used techniques such as sgraffito and wax resist onto Grecian shaped pots and jugs alongside experimenting with different coloured clays. 

Jill uses linocut printmaking with a strong sense of composition and bold colours to translate what she observes onto beautiful papers. 

Ruth uses paint in a semi-abstract style with confident brush strokes and daring colours that embraces the energy of the Cornish landscape.
