Seasonal Still Life in Oils

Come and celebrate the beautiful textures and warm tones of Autumn by creating your own still life painting in oils with experienced artist and tutor Lisa Waldron in this 2 day workshop.

Working from an abundant selection of seasonal vegetables, flowers and natural forms, you will create your own still life painting in oils. Lisa will take you through the entire painting process from creating the underpainting, to colour mixing and adding the final finishing touches. 

All materials, paints and tools will be provided. We recommend bringing a sketchbook or notebook and pencil for note taking. There will be refreshments provided in the 15 minute tea break and an hour’s break for lunch. You are welcome to bring a packed lunch or visit one of the many lovely cafes in the local area.
