Delayed Gratification brings together 25 artists from Falmouth University’s 2020 Fine Art BA, their practices sharing a common absence: the loss of their degree show due to Covid-19. With the consideration that something can be lost, this exhibition embodies a greater appreciation of the past, and an epilogue to their studies.
As well as an epilogue, this post-degree show showcases a continuation and progression within these artists’ practices. The exhibition will portray a huge scope of experimentation within process and concepts in a wide diversity of mediums including painting, sculpture, ceramics, and installation.
