Advanced Throwing Techniques (6 Week)

Looking to develop your throwing skills on the potters wheel? Join our 6- Week course and expand your practise. 

This 6-week course will see you maximising your time on the wheel, exploring advanced techniques and shapes, and working on projects that interest you. Working under the expert guidance of Karl Owen, the Poly Pottery’s head potter, you will explore complex forms and techniques helping you to progress with your making.  

**Advanced learners have a broad understand and are looking to develop projects of their own. Also looking only for technical assistance to realise their ideas fully.**

POTTERY WORKSHOP: ADVANCED THROWING TECHNIQUES (6 Week)

When: Thursdays 2.00pm-4.00pm 

Next course start: Thursday 16th April 2.00pm

Where: The Poly Pottery (at the back of The Poly, accessed from New Street)

Duration: six weeks

Class size: three per class

Tutor: Karl Owen

Cost: £239, 

A £1 Poly Fund payment is added to each ticket sold. A 50p booking fee is also applied per ticket for online and telephone transactions.

Directions to The Poly Pottery
The Pottery is at the back of The Poly on New Street. Keeping The Poly building on your right, walk down the sloping path past the 'stage door' sign. The door to the pottery is on the corner of the building you're passing on your left as you walk down the path.
