Vicki Clark and Linda Kitchen. 

Both artists studied at the Royal College of Art. Vicki Clark went on to have a successful career in Textiles and Fashion and Linda Kitchen as an Advertising art director having studied Graphic Design. 

Later in their careers they became inspired to paint and have exhibited and sold work nationally and internationally. They met after both moving to Cornwall in 2006 and became friends soon after. 

Linda has collected over many years a wealth of selected objects – mainly fragments of plastic, glass and ceramic - from the beaches of Cornwall. The once discarded everyday objects are reframed in the gallery to create unique re-imaged sculptures.

Vicki’s paintings are inspired by the landscape of Cornwall and more recently West Penwith show the connection and fascination with negative and positive space and simplified abstract and linear shapes capture the unique agricultural area of the very West of Cornwall.
