Words Out Story Slam: Christmas
Words Out Story Slam is an event featuring true stories told from the heart by you, the audience, and hosted by Gary Cordingley.
Do you have a true story about something that happened in your life? Would you like the chance to stand up and share that story with the rest of us? Then come along. Put your name in the hat and if Gary draws it out then the stage is yours, for five whole minutes. No written words or props. Only stories told from memory.
The theme for this event is 'Extra Ordinary Christmas'. Whether it be the best Christmas ever or the worst. Is there a story there somewhere that is bursting to be told? What ever it is, wrap it into a five minute story, with you as the central character, and come tell us - we would love to hear it!
Or simply just come along and enjoy listening to others tell their stories.
