Sketch Club Falmouth: Me arty

This is a special Valentine exhibition for visitors to find unique gifts created with love by local artists. 

This artwork collection is presented by 12 Sketch Club Falmouth participants and will showcase a great variety: cards, textile art, watercolour paintings, handmade books, drawings and more.

Sketch Club Falmouth was launched nine years ago for local artists and creative people to meet on a regular basis and practise art, drawing etc. During the pandemic the drop in one hour sessions stopped, but the group got even stronger  - with people exchanging and receiving art activities online and occasionally meeting up outside in small gatherings, when permitted. 

The exhibition will present a variety of art, some created during lockdowns. After being approached by The Poly, Eve Bourrat, the organiser, decided to support and show some Sketch Club participants’ talents in the Spring Gallery. 

This is the third 'Me arty' exhibition taking place at The Poly.
