Taster for a Tenner: Unarmed Combat

Unarmed Combat is the foundation of screen and stage combat and now you can give it a try. Knowing how to swing a punch or take a hit without getting hurt is critical to bring fights to life on stage and screen.

During this workshop we will explore movement, punches, grappling and more!

Suitable for 16 plus, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No previous experience necessary. 

Advanced bookings only

This is a physical workshop as such a basic level of fitness and mobility is required to take part.

Taste for a Tenner is our way of giving you the chance to try your hand at something new, or just have a refresher without breaking the bank. We know times are tough and only getting tougher, so this is our way of giving something back.
