All I Want for Christmas is JOY: Creative Journaling Workshop

All I Want for Christmas is JOY: Creative Journaling Workshop

This journaling workshop is designed to help you slow down, get intentional and feel uplifted as the festive season begins!

Led by Hannah Bevan, the Falmouth-based founder of Journal For Joy and author of the Hometown Journal, you’ll first learn a little about how journaling can positively impact your wellbeing. Then alongside a small group you’ll complete a series of Christmassy guided journaling prompts, with a mix of writing and drawing activities. There will be the opportunity to share and discuss your journal entries too, to find connection with others and spread the festive joy.

What to expect:

A short introductory talk from Hannah

5-6 guided journal activities. You don’t have to have any journaling, writing or drawing experience to take part. All abilities are welcome!

A relaxed environment

Pens & pencils will be provided but feel free to bring your own

Paper will be provided but it’s always nicer to use your own journal/notebook if you can bring one along

Workshop Suitable for ages 13+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
