Swashbuckling Combat Workshop

A 3hr hour workshop letting you unleash your inner Swashbuckler!

Swashbuckling is associated with some of the memorable sword fights on stage and screen – with legendary Hollywood performers such as Errol Flynn and Basil Rathbone in films like Scaramouche, Robin Hood , Captain Blood and more!  Modern takes on it can be seen in such films such as The Princess Bride, Zoro and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Join for this daring and romanticised swordplay, with heroes and villains weaving through sets and around obstacles to bring this playful fast passed action to life.

This workshop will focus on a wide range of skills, including character creation, swordplay, footwork and more! Culminating in a chance to don some piratical costume.

Who is it for?

Actors, dancers, stunt performers, clowns, and martial artists anyone who has ever picked up a stick and swished it around as a sword, no experience necessary!

Suitable for 16 plus, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No previous experience necessary.
