Petra Dish’s Parlour Night is a bit of fun and games, in fact it’s entirely fun and games.
Do you miss Saturday nights watching TV game shows? Did you ever wish you could take part in those gameshows? Why not come on down to Petra Dish’s Parlour Night for an evening of revelry, hilarity and inventive games to enjoy with friends and family!? The prizes may not be quite as alluring as Bullseye or The Generation Game, but you’ll (probably) have more fun!
Petra Dish, with their glamorous assistant Pedro Rascal, will guide you through a night of re-imagined old classics (Action Charades, anyone? How about Fictionary?), combination games (Pictionary-Man, our Pictionary/Hangman crossover), and new games entirely (Tongue Twister Twister or Paparazzi Snap among others bubbling away in the lab).
Games we have played so far, in addition to the ones above, have included: A Cross Word Calmed Down, The Misadventures of (Proper Noun), Higher or Lower, Hold Me In Your Arms Don’t Let Me Go, You’ve Changed Petra, Name Three of Their Songs, 21 Questions to Go, and Memory All Alone in the Moonlight. And there’s plenty more where they came from…
Petra Dish is better known for hosting their QUIZSTRAVAGANZA which has appeared at Boardmasters, Fieldview and Glastonbury Festivals, pops up around Cornwall regularly and has been called “the best pub quiz ever” on numerous occasions.
