Buddhism Evolves

This workshop includes guided meditations and discussions on compassion, sentience, gratitude, climate, karma and more. Dr Lotty Brand will share findings from her research as a psychologist, as well as Secular Buddhist practices put forward by Stephen Batchelor.

Can we better cope with our own & others’ suffering?

Are humans innately selfish?

Can we learn to be more patient with ourselves and others?

Buddhism Evolves aims to build a hopeful view of ourselves, and of humanity, to provide a motivating, sustainable framework to live by.
