Kinofilm at The Poly: Women in Film
Kinofilm Festival comes to The Poly! We're kicking off the weekend with these shorts celebrating women in film, covering the pressures of expectation and the tyranny of ageism; the pursuit of nirvana, romance gone sour, and erotic fantasies colliding with tawdry reality; dreams of escape and a better life colliding with ugly reality, in a specially-curated programme of films from women filmmakers from the UK and around the world.
