IAN BUTLER: STREETS I KNOW, FACES I DON'T

This exhibition brings together two projects that explore brief encounters with strangers and stories found in passing moments. 

 

The first series features black and white images where unfamiliar faces pause in stillness, hinting at hidden stories and a connection to the streets.

 

The second grew from a post-pandemic challenge to photograph one hundred strangers, a process that revealed the resilience and humanity emerging as we entered a new chapter.
