CAROLYN THOMPSON & GEORGIE HARE: LAND & SEA

Land and Sea is an exhibition by Carolyn Thompson and Georgie Hare.

Carolyn's work originates from the act of walking through, and being in, the landscape. It is a remapping of the visual experience of a walk, taking in notions of scale, rhythm, time passing, seasonal change and all weathers.

Georgie paints the sea and wooden boats as this is a theme which has always been in her life. It connects her to her family, people, times she has known, a sense of the past, freedom of convention and journeys.

CAROLYN THOMPSON & GEORGIE HARE: LAND & SEA

Tuesday 3rd – Saturday 7th March
