AGM of The Royal Cornwall Polytechnic Society Limited

You are warmly invited to join us for the AGM of The Royal Cornwall Polytechnic
Society Limited, which will be held on Tuesday September 29th at 18:30 in the
Theatre at The Poly.
We understand that some members may be unable to come to The Poly building, so a Zoom link will be provided enabling you to join remotely if you prefer.

If you would like to join by Zoom, then please let us know by emailing membership@thepoly.org; you will then receive a Zoom link a few days ahead of the meeting.
Before the meeting, you are invited to join us for a glass of wine or a soft
drink from 17:30. The AGM will then commence promptly at 18:30.
Following the meeting, we plan to show a short film, with the evening finishing around 20:00.

Presentations will cover the activities of 2025/26 and updates on our plans.
The AGM also provides an opportunity for the membership to elect trustees to serve on the Board, and retiring and new trustees are listed on the agenda with profiles of all those standing for election attached.

the AGM we ask that you appoint a proxy to attend in your place – if you are
willing to do this, please let us know via membership@thepoly.org.
This would be most helpful, as it helps us with ensuring that we meet the
quorum for the meeting.
