Swashbuckling Cornwall are regular workshop hosts at The Poly, sharing their passion and expertise in historical costume and stage combat for theatre and film.
Last month, they staged their first livestreamed costumed
life drawing in The Poly's Main Gallery, and they’re back with more this Easter Saturday. A new twist for these sessions will let participants explore storytelling through drawing, with a storyline/character
backstory option.
These customisable sessions let you choose from three
different camera angles and shot styles to capture the five-minute to fifteen-minute
poses. With different models and costumes, you’ll have the opportunity to ask
questions and request poses.
Choose from two 90-minute sessions:
Saturday 3rd
April, 10.15am – 11.30am
Quest for the Dragon’s Egg (knights)
Saturday 3rd
April, 1.00pm – 2.30pm
Swashbucklers and Buccaneers (pirates)
