Ever wanted battle with a Lightsaber? Now you can! Come along and test your mettle in this 1hr Sword Fighting Taster workshops with Lightsaber.
We will cover the basics of footwork, parries and attacks leaving you ready to embrace the Force as a Jedi or Sith… in short choregraphed sequence.
Open to those over 16 (under 18’s must be accompanied by a person over 18). A great screen free activity for Father’s Day.
Great for fans of Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean, Game of Thrones or books like Lord of the Rings and more!
Run by Swashbuckling Cornwall (SC) these are short, high-energy workshops giving you an introduction to the world of swordplay.
SC specialise in Stage/Screen Combat is the sort of fighting you see on stage and screen and is a way of creating dramatic scenes of conflict without anyone getting hurt, through choregraphed movements. Its origins are ancient, but the ‘modern’ version comes from the Elizabethan era.
Suitable for 16+ No previous experience required.

This is a physical workshop as such a basic level of fitness and mobility is required to take part.
