In 1975, one film made a generation afraid to go into the water…
Fifty years later, two actors and one foley artist create a live, shot-for-shot parody of the greatest shark Movie of all time!
Made entirely from foolery, thin air, and household items, this hilarious JAWS parody is fun for all the family and runs for one hour with no interval.
In 2020, as theatres closed their doors during the pandemic, West End actors Laurence Pears, Darren Seed, and Ellie Leah returned home to Cornwall to focus on the heart of theatre: storytelling! Their credits include The Play That Goes Wrong, Oi Frog!, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, Sister Act and The Mousetrap.
Jam First Theatre’s unique style is a delightfully odd and quirky blend of physical comedy, live music, magic, and mime. Their performances are hilarious, rambunctious, comic, anarchic and most of all, fun!
Reviews from previous shows include:
“My ribs are still aching from laughing thank goodness I wore my Tena knickers!”
“Perfectly pitched for adults and young children alike.”
“We laughed from start to finish and didn’t want it to end.”
