This course
is a perfect introduction to working on the wheel.
Designed
for people looking for a supportive session to explore all the basics of making
on the wheel with a little extra time to really hone your skills.
You’ll
start with throwing basic cylinders and then developing your skills to help you
make more complicated forms, including bowls and cups.
Over six
weeks you will dive into all the fundamentals whilst working with a smooth
stoneware clay. From wedging and prepping your clay, to creating and
decorating.
*Please be
aware that this is quite a physical workshop and requires extensive use of
lower back, wrist, finger, arm and shoulder muscles.*
