This
four-week course builds on your handbuilding skills and introduces you to
larger forms and domestic making. Using stoneware clay we will dive into making
bowls, creating slabbed plates, and exploring larger coiled vessels. You will
explore decorating with underglazes, coloured slips, and domestic stoneware
glazes.
Stage 2 – This course explores handbuilding
with stoneware clay, opening up your making into a domestic setting and
working with our studio dip glazes or fine decorating with underglazes.
Designed as a progressive course, this workshop is perfect for people wanting
to further their skills and explore new techniques in a supportive environment.
